An experienced executive director with 35 years of leadership experience in pre-primary and primary education, teacher training, curriculum development, and community leadership and management.
With 30 years of experience, their areas of competence include curriculum design, ongoing professional development, and assisting teachers and school administrators in rural Uganda in improving their methods.
Well regarded at all educational levels for their results-driven methodology, problem-solving outlook, and tenacious advocacy for efficient teaching methods and teacher professionalism.
Currently in charge of Development Brains Uganda's efforts to establish educational policies and reforms, with an emphasis on effective leadership and management in education. They have 30 years of experience as a school leader and school inspector.
